Where can I find out more about cluster ministry or regional ministry?

One of the dioceses involved in cluster ministry is the Diocese of Northern Michigan. The diocese is engaged in transforming their congregations from being communities gathered around a minister, into ministering communities. Our strategy in transforming our congregations is mutual ministry development. It is not clerical ministry delivery, and not team ministry delivery. We believe all ministries are Christ’s; every baptized person is an active participant therein, each according to gift. The main arena for ministry is in the midst of daily life. Our tactic in transforming our congregations is clustering through regions and developing local Ministry Support Teams to engage the ministry of the baptized.
