"The reason they're meeting in Cedar Rapids in the first place is because of the flood," said Leslee Sandberg, a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Cedar Rapids and the diocesan Jubilee officer for the area. "They want to spend some time working in the flood area and then they will go on with their meeting."
