Daniel was born in Asunción, Paraguaybut raised up and down the heart of Texas. He obtained a Liberal Arts degree with a major in International Studies and a minor in Spanish from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
Daniel is serving the Diocese of Uruguay as a Lay missioner with responsibilities to three missions:
C.A.S.A. (Centro Anglicano de Solidaridad y Ayuda) is an inner-city organization that works downtown Montevideo by looking for work for youth. I act as the pastoral reference for this community and their prayer support, including a weekly Bible study.
Santiago Apóstol, Colon is a mission with a youth activity center and new day care center. I mainly help with worship, music, prayers, and preaching.
San Pablo (St. Paul´s) Villa Felicidad in Progreso is where I serve as a Lay minister and pastoral reference for this mission information. This neighborhood is fairly poor with little economic movement in the outskirts of Montevideo. We are currently without a building
