NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey - Christ Church, New Brunswick's free summer concert series presents acclaimed cellist Soren Beech. Beech will perform works from Bach's Suite for solo cello in G-major, Suite for solo cello in E flat major, and twentieth century composer George Crumb's Solo cello sonata. Christ Church sponsors more than 40 concerts annually, many of them featuring the church's excellent Richards, Fowkes and Company pipe organ. SANTA MONICA, California -- The Rt. Rev. Frederick H. Borsch, retired Bishop of Los Angeles, will sign copies of his new book, The Spirit Searches Everything: Keeping Life's Questions, at a reception after 10:30 am Eucharist at St. Augustine's Church. Borsch, who is now professor of New Testament and chair of the Anglican Studies department at a Lutheran seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will  celebrate and preach at the morning's service.
