R. Stephen Gracey, Bishop's assistant for Information Strategy in the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio and a member of Episcopal Communicators, has accepted a position with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as their new manager of web content.
"I will be working on the implementation of Interwoven's TeamSite content management system, and working with the whole bank to learn how to use it," said Gracey, a deputy to General Convention. "I'll also be designing the information architecture for the new system."
Gracey, who has worked in the diocese for more than six years, said he has realized that God is calling him to a "different kind of ministry in the Diocese of Ohio."
"It is time for me to be a pillar, rather than an employee,” said Gracey, “and I look forward to joining in the work of the diocese in that new way."
His last day with the diocese will be December 8.
