Requirements include:

• Students preferably in their Junior or Senior year of college
• A minimum grade point average of 3.0 
• Commitment to length of a full semester and/or at least a 25-hour work week 
• Writing proficiency 
• Basic computer literacy 
• Agreement with the mission and policies of The Episcopal Church

• Brief writing sample 
• Unofficial college transcript (if student)
• Two letters of reccomendation
