The Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc. (ECDC), a division of the Center for African Refugees and Immigrants (CARI), is hosting its thirteenth annual conference which will focus on the current status and future prospects of U.S. and international efforts to provide protection and assistance for refugees confronting life-threatening conflict and terror on the African continent. Visits with members of Congress will follow the plenary sessions and provide participants with the opportunity to discuss legislation and issues of concern. Episcopal Migration Ministries is proud to co-sponsor the conference.
