Document Description: Teachers/catechists, authorized by the rector and commissioned by the congregation, need to be supported and nourished for their responsibilities. This will include continuing spiritual formation as well as instruction in Scripture, theology, ethics, church history, the social sciences, and catechetical theory and practice. It will also mean providing them with supervision, as well as with material and personal support and assistance.
