The Pastoral Leadership Search Effort (PLSE), pronounced "pulse", exists as a way to give young people like you an opportunity to explore pastoral ministry as a life's vocation. Outstanding students, especially those who are leaders, often receive encouragement to become doctors, lawyers, business people, or engineers, but not ministers. Many times young people have no one to talk with about the relationship between their faith and their work. We think that needs to change.
