WaterMark is a new program
developed by the Diocese of Spokane with a focus on giving the next generation
of Christian leaders an opportunity both to shape and be shaped by ministry at
both the local and diocesan levels. Through work placements in local congregations,
the community and the diocese interns will be given the task of identifying
local needs and mobilizing congregational and diocesan resources in order to
construct a compelling witness to the Gospel. This program will develop and
teach them how to serve as leaders in their churches, dioceses and local
communities.
