This resource book is a compilation of articles bearing witness to the wisdom of those who work with youth and young adults in our church. This collection is designed to be both practical and theoretical; it provides basic information, as well as constructive challenges. Most of the authors in this resource book are not professional writers, indeed, many have never been published before. All the authors have been actively involved in ministry with youth and young adults in the Episcopal Church, and all have agreed to contribute their work and reflections here in the spirit of collaboration, and because they believe in the importance of this ministry.
