Bulletin: Convention approves Resolution D025, affirms openness of ordination process

[Episcopal News Service] The Episcopal Church's General Convention on July 14 passed Resolution D025 that affirms the openness of the ordination process to all people and recommits the Episcopal Church to continued participation in and financial support of the Anglican Communion.

The resolution, titled "Commitment and Witness to Anglican Communion," was amended by the House of Bishops on July 13. The House of Deputies concurred with that amended version by a 72 percent margin in both orders.
