No, there are no formal written covenants or other agreements with the remaining jurisdictions outside the continental United States (Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Europe, Haiti, Honduras, Litoral, Micronesia, Taiwan, Virgin Islands). Financial appropriations are determined by General Convention. However, certain provisions of Title 1 canons (4.7.a, b; 6.4; 7.1.f) provide the Executive Council with mechanisms for ensuring organizational and financial accountability. | |
