'Unfinished business' of General Convention is theme of Oct. 11 bulletin inserts

October 06, 2009 [Episcopal News Service] What happens to resolutions that are left on the table when General Convention ends? In "Unfinished Business," the bulletin insert for October 11, Episcopal Life Weekly begins an occasional series on church governance.

In this week's insert, the Rev. Canon Gregory Straub, secretary of General Convention, explains the process by which Executive Council deals with the unfinished business of the triennial convention.
