Vatican releases Apostolic Constitution to welcome former Anglicans

November 09, 2009 [Episcopal News Service] The text of an Apostolic Constitution, that outlines provisions to accept groups of former Anglicans who wish to enter into full communion with the Roman Catholic Church, was released Nov. 9 by the Vatican.
