Under the theme "A Guide to Human Resources: Practices for the Episcopal Parish Today" Colón will address justice and stewardship issues in the church today, explore how employees are treated, hiring and termination practices and employee benefits.

The Mercer School of Theology has been an important theological education resource to train mature adults for various ministries needed for the mission of the church. At the very heart of the school’s life has been its program of education in preparation for the ordained ministry, both priesthood and diaconate.
