
Anthony Guillen to deliver keynote address at 'Primeros Pasos'
[Episcopal News Service] The Rev. Anthony Guillen, missioner of Latino/Hispanic Ministries for the Episcopal Church, will deliver the keynote address at "Primeros Pasos (First Steps): Moving into Ministry with Spanish Speakers," which will be held October 25-27 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.Guillen will share practical tools to start and develop much-needed Hispanic ministries throughout the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina. He will be joined by others who have successfully started or led Hispanic ministries across the diocese.
Coordinated by the Chartered Committee on Hispanic Ministry and the School of Ministry in the Diocese of North Carolina, 'Primeros Pasos' is for all Episcopal clergy and laity throughout North Carolina who are interested in learning more about how their church can be relevant to their Spanish-speaking parishioners.
