Hanstein: “We spend a tremendous amount of time on antiracism workshops. More than 70 percent of our congregation has participated in them. [We are] trying to help people look at different cultures and integrate them into ministries.”
Harrigan: “It occurs through dialogue and prayer, through acknowledging that we are a church whose ministry is reconciliation. It sometimes occurs through avenues of conflict resolution. It occurs within parishes and also in the diocese, depending on where the issue is.”
Alford: “I talk about it all the time in sermons. I try to, on a one-to-one basis, as much as I can, mend fences and reconcile people as much as I can, within the congregation.”
