- Time for applicants to meet all of the local diocese or province requirements and to set up appointments to get bishop's comments and signature in order to meet January 31 submission deadline. Please check with local diocese or province for their specific submission deadline.
- Completed application on its way on or before JANUARY 31, 2010, verified by one of the following:
- Postmarked January 31, 2010, or earlier, or
- Hand delivered to a United Thank Offering staff person at the Episcopal Church Center by January 31, 2010 or earlier, with written acknowledgement, or
- Faxed to the United Thank Offering office and received on January 31, 2010 or earlier. If you fax the application to us, follow up by mailing the original, or
- E-mail at: utoapps@episcopalchurch.org . If you e-mail the application, follow up by mailing the original signed copy.
February 2010 - APRIL 2010
- Application review by UTO network which includes:
- UTO Diocesan Coordinators
- UTO Board Provincial Representatives
- UTO Board Members-at-Large
- Church Center staff members with expertise in the area
- UTO office begins to process applications for UTO Board review
- Should there be any substantial changes please inform the UTO office by April 1, 2010.
APRIL 2010
- Grant decisions are made by UTO Board.
June 2010
- Funds are available for release.
OCTOBER 2010
- Year 2011 application packets emailed to diocesan/provincial offices, and on the web site.
