The young adult program at St. Bartholomew’s was started by young adults. That’s a huge part of why it is still going strong in our fifth year! We have hit rough patches as we have grown, but grown is what we have done. With something around 20ish young people involved, we exist for community and common life together. We celebrate together, wrestle together, and eat together! While we read, study and thsu believe out of the tradtion we identify with, all are welcome to be a part of this community and fellowship of other young adults. Seekers are very welcome!
This is how we gather each week:
1st, 3rd and 4th Sunday each month:
7pm—Dinner in Amerson House. Bring your favorite dish to share, or stay tuned for a host for the evening. Dinner will be followed by discussion and will conclude with Compline at 8:30pm.
2nd Sunday each month:
12:15pm—Lunch after 10:30am morning worship, often at Mellow Mushroom near the church.
5th Sunday each month:
On the rare occasions when we get one, we plan something out...dinner, bowling, hiking, movie...stay tuned...
