Media notice: Episcopal Church Executive Council Meets April 20 -22

April 16, 2009 The Executive Council of The Episcopal Church will meet Monday to Wednesday, April 20 – 22, in Portland, Maine (Diocese of Maine). 

The meeting will be held at The Wyndham Hotel Portland Airport (South Portland, ME) http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/PWMHT/main.wnt

This will be the last meeting of Executive Council prior to the General Convention 2009 in July in Anaheim, California.

Media planning to report on the Executive Council meeting are required to have media credentials. Contact Neva Rae Fox, Episcopal Church Public Affairs Officer, at newsline@episcopalchurch.org.

A media conference, which will include phone-in access for media unable to attend, is planned for the last day of the Executive Council meeting. To participate in person or over-the phone, contact Fox at newsline@episcopalchurch.org.
