Are you looking for a unique facility that will help you create the perfect meeting for your group or organization?  Camp Allen is your solution. Located just 45 minutes northwest of Houston and 45 minutes southeast of Bryan/College Station, Camp Allen is nestled in the serene piney woods of the Navasota area. Our setting allows your group to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.  In the natural beauty of Camp Allen, your organization will find a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation and meetings of all kinds.

Our Conference Center hotel can accommodate up to 1,500 people for a day meeting and up to 826 people overnight. The facility offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space with large and medium-sized conference rooms and seminar rooms.  

Camp Allen has other guest accommodations, as well. There are 3 campsites to choose from. Campsites 1 and 2 have “tree house” style cabins that are nestled in the pines and sleep 10 people per cabin. Each of these campsites will accommodate 85 people.  All of the campsites include complete kitchens, meeting areas, shower house, and covered deck.

The camp also offers 7 lakeside log cabins.  The cabins have linens, and a kitchen supplied with dishes, cooking utensils and a dishwasher.  Each cabin has a rock fire place and a BBQ pit for outside grilling. 

Camp Allen is renown for “down-home” buffet meals. All Conference Center hotel rentals include three meals per day. The dining room seats up to 300.  In addition to the buffet, we also have a pasta, potato, soup and salad bar available.  Beer and wine are available for an additional charge. Our Food Service Department will work with you to prepare special menus, evening socials, or private dinners to meet your organization’s needs.   Let us know what we can do to make your event unique and memorable
