Hosted by the NAACP
Public Witness on the Courthouse Steps
The Lancaster branch of the NAACP will host a Day of Unity. Including members of the clergy, civic leaders, youth and performing artists, this event is a call to the Lancaster of community to stand for a whole and just multiracial community. We will ust a Liturgy of Justice that integrates speakers from our local community, music from members of MFE and others, poetry, and prayers/meditations.
The NAACP has made this call in order to unify diverse communities, bring about awareness of programs and services that adress race-based discrimination and offer ways in which we can live in culturally diverse communities.
The NAACP urges all people who support the Lancaster values of sharing, equity and inclusion to join us.
