Today’s video on Thursdays at 2: Grace-to-Go

On Thursday, March 8, Thursdays at 2, a favorite and popular feature produced by the Office of Communications, presents Grace-to-God, a ministry of the Church of the Heavenly Rest in New York City (Diocese of New York).

The Church of the Heavenly Rest has worked with their community to combat hunger in a new way. Check out Grace-to-Go, a parish project that produces nutritious shelf-stable meals, designed to last on a shelf or pantry for an extended period for use when needed.

Grace-to-Go video is available here.

A bonus video, Grace-to-Go Jambalaya, available here, presents Maggy Keet, Director of Stewardship and Communication for the Church of the Heavenly Rest, preparing Jambalaya for Grace-to-Go.

Thursdays at 2 is a weekly preview of Episcopal Church innovative ministries. Every Thursday at 2 pm Eastern, a new video illustrating the work of congregations and individuals will be posted on the Episcopal Church’s Facebook page here and YouTube Channel here.

Produced by the Episcopal Church Office of Communications, for more information contact Mike Collins, Episcopal Church Manager of Multimedia.
