In this recording, a panel of experienced facilitators explain skills that are useful in this work. The panel includes Krista Bradley, co-initiator of a newly forming affinity group for POC facilitators, the Rev. Canon Tina Campbell, indigenous missioner in the Diocese of Northern California, the Rev. John de Beer and the Rev. Tricia de Beer, long-time EFM trainers, Lallie Lloyd, co-organizer of 11 Sacred Ground circles on Cape Cod, Deacon Cathy Scott and Mariann Scott (no relation), co-facilitators of several interracial circles in Indianapolis. The session included two breakout groups for question and answers, one on “white work circles” and one on interracial circles.
