Updates from the UTO Board
First off, a huge thank-you to everyone who takes the time to share feedback after events or through our annual formation survey. This information helps us to plan for the next program year and make sure we’re doing the best we can to support you and your ministry with UTO. One of the pieces of feedback we’ve been wrestling with is our annual training day and how to make the information more accessible. We decided to try out a smaller training in January along with intentional formation time. We received such positive feedback that going forward, we’re going to have four smaller trainings each year with formation time and clear topics for presentations and discussions.
We’re pleased to present our next gathering for UTO leaders on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Eastern time. The training will be led by our Finance and Archives Committee and will include presentation of the 2025 Ingathering Report and the 2025 Annual Report.
