For church planters and a lay member of their team who have moved beyond initial launch, Taking the Next Steps offers dedicated time to deepen their practice and consider what their communities need in the next stage of ministry. Through practical workshops, peer learning, and focused conversation, participants will explore strategies for navigating evolving challenges, developing and empowering leaders, and strengthening the foundations of their communities.
The gathering creates space to learn alongside others doing this work, exchange approaches grounded in real ministry experience, and return home with ideas for supporting long-term vitality and sustainability. Sign up to be notified when registration opens for these in-person sessions.
