Episcopal Church accepting applications for Liaison Officer for International Relations

Applications are being accepted for the position of Episcopal Church Liaison Officer for International Relations, with offices located at the Episcopal Church Center in New York City.

The job posting states that the Liaison Officer for International Relations is “the bridge for communications among international partners, dioceses, bishops and international bodies.” Among the responsibilities are: liaison to Anglican Communion networks; representing the Episcopal Church at the United Nations; partnership officer for the Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East; work with the Office of the Presiding Bishop on Anglican Communion relations including serving as her representative to the office of the Anglican Observer to the United Nations; connect with the Episcopal Church Washington, D.C.-based Peace and Justice team; and maintain relations with churchwide, ecumenical and interfaith peace and justice organizations.

A member of the Episcopal Church Mission Department Global Partnerships Team, this position reports to the co-directors for mission.
