Episcopal Church Office of Communication to webcast live Traditional Ash Wednesday service

A traditional Ash Wednesday service will be webcast live by The Episcopal Church Office of Communication at 12:10 pm on February 17.

Part of the ongoing multimedia offerings produced by the Office of Communication, the service will be available at www.episcopalchurch.org/live/ashwednesday

Originating from Grace Episcopal Church in New York City, the service will be a penitential Eucharist and will include hymns and the imposition of ashes. Celebrant will be the Rev. J. Donald Waring, rector of Grace.

The Ash Wednesday service will be available at www.episcopalchurch.org/live/ashwednesday throughout the 40-day Lenten season.
