Dear people of God in The Episcopal Church: 

With gratitude for God’s reconciling power, we write to say that we have reached a resolution to the concerns of the Singh family about the handling of the Title IV processes in which the family has recently been involved. 

While the terms of our agreement are confidential, we want you to know that we have reached it with a deep mutual commitment to the goals of the Title IV canons, which include healing, restitution, and reconciliation. We share the hope that this resolution will inspire our church to practice those values more fully. By virtue of our baptism, Episcopalians are called to be accountable to one another, and we pray that our reconciliation will be a witness to the church about the importance of that shared call. 

Please pray for everyone involved in this difficult situation.

El obispo presidente Sean Rowe y la familia Singh anuncian la resolución de las  preocupaciones

Querido pueblo de Dios en la Iglesia Episcopal: 

Con gratitud por el poder reconciliador de Dios, les escribimos para informarles que hemos llegado a una resolución en cuanto a las preocupaciones de la familia Singh sobre el manejo de los procesos del Título IV en los que la familia ha estado involucrada recientemente. 

Aunque los términos de nuestro acuerdo son confidenciales, queremos que sepan que lo hemos alcanzado con un profundo compromiso mutuo hacia los objetivos de los Cánones del Título IV, los cuales incluyen la sanación, la restitución y la reconciliación. Compartimos la esperanza de que esta resolución inspire a nuestra iglesia a practicar esos valores de una forma más plena. En virtud de nuestro bautismo, los episcopales estamos llamados a rendirnos cuentas los unos a los otros, y oramos para que nuestra reconciliación sea un testimonio para la Iglesia sobre la importancia de ese llamado compartido.
