Patricia E. Holley named Senior Human Resources Officer at the Episcopal Church Center

Patricia E. Holley of New York has been named Senior Human Resources Officer at the Episcopal Church Center. The announcement was made by John Colón, Director of Human Resources.

In this new position, Holley will serve as the strategic planner and supervisor for various human resources practices including performance management, training and development, and employee relations and work-life issues. Additionally, she will work with the other human resources staff to assure the timely and effective delivery of programs and will advise employees, managers and supervisors on personnel policies and procedures.

Holley began her position on July 11.

Most recently Holley worked for Abyssinian Development Corporation as Vice President of Human Resources (2004-2011) and Director of Human Resources (2002-2004). Before that she was employed by the General Board of Global Ministries for the United Methodist Church from 1984 to 2001 as Manager of Benefits and Staff Development, Manager of Human Resources, and Administrator of compensation, benefits and regulatory compliance. She is a graduate of Baruch College in NY with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising and has successfully completed advance studies in training and benefits from the American Management Association. Among her memberships are the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Patricia E. Holley nombrada Oficial Superior de Recursos Humanos en el Centro de la Iglesia Episcopal

Patricia E. Holley de Nueva York ha sido nombrada Oficial Superior de Recursos Humanos en el Centro de la Iglesia Episcopal. La noticia la dio Juan Colón, Director de Recursos Humanos.

En esta nueva posición, Holley servirá como planificadora estratégica y supervisora de las diversas prácticas de recursos humanos, incluyendo la gestión del desempeño, capacitación y desarrollo, relaciones con los empleados y cuestiones de la vida laboral. Además, trabajará con el resto del personal de recursos humanos para asegurar la entrega oportuna y eficaz de programas y asesorará a los empleados, gerentes y supervisores en las políticas y procedimientos.

Holley comenzó su cargo el 11 de julio.

Más recientemente Holley trabajó para la Corporación de Desarrollo de Abisinia como Vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos (2004-2011) y Directora de Recursos Humanos (2002-2004).
