The General Convention Task Force on the Study of Marriage has provided the following report and seeks input from Episcopalians on “Dearly Beloved.”

The Task Force is outlined in Resolution A037 available here

The Task Force report follows.

Task Force on the Study of Marriage seeks input about “Dearly Beloved” toolkit

The Task Force on the Study of Marriage, created at last year’s General Convention, is seeking responses from individuals, congregations and dioceses to a survey to gauge the use of the “Dearly Beloved” toolkit, a resource on marriage created in 2014.

The survey is available in English here.

The survey is available in Spanish here.

General Convention in 2015, through Resolution A037, encouraged the continued use of “Dearly Beloved,” and the Task Force wants to see how widely the resource has been used so far.

Multiple people from the same congregation or group may complete the survey. Because it asks for your thoughts on how the resource was used, or was not used, in your context, every response will help give us a more complete picture. The links may be shared with others who may wish to complete the survey

The deadline to submit responses is August 16.
