Welcome to the Sacred Ground journey. You are now in the company of tens of thousands of fellow Sacred Ground sojourners. Together, we can learn our history, process the difficult emotions that may arise, and support one another as we envision and work toward a future in which all people are honored and nurtured as beloved children of God. Sacred Ground circles are convened by many entities, including individual churches, dioceses, schools, camps, groups of churches, and community organizations. If you have already connected with a circle, please begin by reading the Sacred Ground participant guide. Once your facilitators register the circle, they will provide you with the password to access the curriculum webpages. 

If you are interested in participating in Sacred Ground but there is no circle available at your church, please consider the following possibilities:

• Organize a circle yourself. Sacred Ground was carefully designed to be implemented by regular people, not just “experts.”
• Ask your church leaders, neighboring churches, or diocesan leaders about existing circles or the possibility of starting one.
• Use this map to find Sacred Ground circles that invite in-person participation from outside the congregation or online participation from across the country. To learn more about each circle, tap the pin on the map and then the Sacred Ground story in the rail. If you would like to add your circle to this map for others to join, please complete this form.
