Married to former Angela Vinluan, former school teacher. Born in Philippines, served as priest in the Iglesia Filipina Independiente (1978-1980); as missionary in the Anglican Church of Singapore (1980-1986); as Canon Asian Missioner in the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real and founder of Holy Child Episcopal Church in San Jose, California (1988-2004). As church wide missioner of The Episcopal Church since 2004, I also served as Priest-in-Charge of St. Michael & All Angels in Seaford Long Island, NY (2009-2013) and currently at St. James’s church in Elmhurst, Queens, NY.
