This free resource, available in several formats, is designed to help participants learn new and better ways to build and maintain thoughtful relationships with those around us.

Watch the videos only:
Find an introductory recording and 20 short videos corresponding with the five sessions.
Use the written guide only:
This guide is designed for use in your congregation or ministry and includes group leader instructions for each session, as well as prayers, discussion questions, and activities. Supplemental materials include Voices from the Church and a curriculum appendix.
