May Webinar Series: Grace and Gratitude in Our Liturgical Life

May 25, 2020
United Thank Offering
The Rev. Ian Lasch

Please join us on Tuesday, May 12, and Tuesday, May 19, at 7 p.m. Eastern time for a course on liturgy and gratitude! I highly recommend this class for anyone who has ever heard that all Episcopalians are grateful because our common life is rooted in the Eucharist/The Great Thanksgiving but isn’t sure what that means.

This two-session class will explore the role that gratitude plays in our common worship. Our first session will cover some basics about liturgy and explore the way that our liturgical calendar orients us toward gratitude. The second will examine the 1979 Book of Common Prayer’s pattern of Eucharistic worship and its intention to shape us into people who give thanks.
