Updates from the UTO Board

First off, a huge thank you to everyone who has shared feedback after events or through our annual formation survey. Your input helps us plan for the coming program year and ensures we’re doing our best to support you and your ministry with UTO. One request has been to make content from our annual training day more accessible. In response, we hosted a smaller training in January along with intentional formation time. We received such positive feedback that, going forward, we will offer four smaller trainings each year, featuring formation time and clearly defined topics for presentation and discussion.

Our next gathering for UTO leaders will be on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Eastern time. The training will be led by our Finance and Archives Committee and will include discussion of our 2025 Ingathering Report and 2025 Annual Report.
