The Offices for Lifelong Formation, Youth Ministry, and Young Adult & Campus Ministry are proud partners with the Forma network.

Sharing skills, knowledge, collegial support, and resources across the church cannot be accomplished effectively or efficiently from any single office. Networks of local communities of faith sharing their learnings are key to engaging the Five Marks of Mission as we all put our faith in action. Please take time to read the following from the current Forma Board President, Randall Curtis, and engage the survey offered.

2014 Forma Surveys: Discerning Forma’s Future

Forma is a grassroots association of 400+ members of The Episcopal Church and kindred individuals and institutions that supports, networks, advocates for, resources, and celebrates Christian formation leaders in their ministries.

Forma is presently surveying its membership, bishops, clergy, youth leaders, seminarians, organizations and networks, and many others to consider how it can be most helpful in the future. As a leader of The Episcopal Church, by June 15, 2014, would you:

1. Complete the surveys linked below that best describe you. This may mean that you complete multiple surveys. For instance, if you are a Forma member and a youth leader then you would complete two surveys.
2. Forward these links to others and encourage them to complete the surveys. For instance, please email the bishops survey to your bishop; if there is a clergy listserv in your diocese please ask for the clergy survey link to be posted.
