The Episcopal Church Welcomes Refugees

Wednesday, February 1 at 4:00 PM ET

Episcopal Migration Ministries and the Episcopal Church Office of Government Relations are sponsoring an important webinar to discuss the basic root causes of refugee crises and to examine critical questions such as: who is a refugee; how a refugee is resettled to the U.S.; how resettled refugees benefit their communities; and how you can engage with local communities to welcome these new Americans.

The Office of Government Relations: Ministry of Public Policy Advocacy

Friday, February 10 at 3:00 PM ET

Did you know the Episcopal Church has an Office of Government Relations? The Office of Government Relations represents the priorities of the Church to the policy community in Washington, D.C. Through engaging Congress, the Administration, and U.S. government departments and agencies, we aim to shape and influence policy on critical issues. We also equip Episcopalians to become advocates themselves. Tune in to this webinar to learn about the vital role policy advocacy can play in helping Episcopalians and Christians work towards a more just world. Learn how to become a part of the Episcopal Public Policy Network to make your voice heard.
