Updates from the UTO Grant Committee

Starting on Monday, Nov. 3, you can officially submit your 2026 UTO grant application for consideration here. Just a reminder that UTO utilizes a dual-deadline process and has two sets of dates for submission so be sure to pay close attention to the following information.

For the initial deadline, all you need to submit is your application, budget, and timeline. Please be sure to submit them in the correct format; Formstack will not accept PDFs of these documents this year.

For all dioceses and provinces outside of The Episcopal Church, your initial draft is due Jan. 9, 2026. This deadline is also for anyone submitting their application in Spanish or French, regardless of if you are in The Episcopal Church or Anglican Communion. You will receive feedback on your application and will have up to five rounds of correspondence/drafts with UTO staff before you will need to finalize your application folder (and submit remaining documents) by Feb. 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern time.

For all dioceses and provinces of The Episcopal Church who are applying in English, your initial draft is due Jan. 30, 2026. You will receive feedback on your application and will have up to five rounds of correspondence/drafts with UTO staff before you will need to finalize your application folder (and submit remaining documents) by Feb. 27, 2026, by 5 p.m. Eastern time.
